A Light Body Activation session consists of raising the vibrational rate of the body to be in harmony with the new frequencies of the earth, so that we may transition these chaotic times with greater ease and grace. There are 8 activations in total. Each one raises the vibration of the body little by little. The 5th dimension activation consists of energetically tying the chakra cords together with the heart energy and wrapping that all around you. Some people have the feeling of floating. Then we raise the three other etheric bodies into a higher vibration. The promotes a sense of calm and peacefulness. The Sixth promotes the opening of the higher Chakras. The Seventh promotes the activation of removing duality and going into unity. The next one is 12 strand DNA activation. Each one of these build on the previous one. So each time we start at the 5th dimension. Then 5th and 6th, then 5th, 6th and 7th and the last one for the first group is 5th, 6th, 7th and 12 strand DNA activation. After the body assimilates these higher frequencies you can go on up to the last four.
